Dust rubber and wire washers are introduced into the system using two shakers. The fully automated process involves loading dust rubber and wire washers, obtained from the shakers, into the machine. The wire washers are then affixed to the dust rubber using the automated system. The system's production rate is 1 piece every 5 seconds. Furthermore, an automated camera inspection separates parts into "Ok" or "Not Ok" categories following assembly.
