Our design team is here to listen to your project ideas and help you realize them.
We work to provide the best solution for new machinery, equipment, and fixtures that will be suitable for your process. All designs are created using engineering calculations, and standard calculation programs have been developed internally to ensure design standardization and save time by using iterative techniques.
We have four Solidworks CAD licenses, including one structural analysis module, within our team. All solutions provided to customers can be found in our system as 3D and 2D models, which are visually accessible. Our design procedures are not carried out solely by one person.
We aim to provide you with a better service by holding internal design revision meetings, gathering different ideas, and making improvements to avoid design blindness. Additionally, we organize meetings called "Customer Approval Meetings" to share our knowledge of the product with the intention of achieving the best possible results.
The initial phase is one of the most important parts of the process as it involves forming the main idea and determining feasibility or areas that need to be revised.
The structures are then roughly designed, and a risk assessment is carried out. We prepare a preliminary presentation explaining the machine to our customer and submit a proposal.
Following customer approval, design and production meetings are held where the project is reviewed in detail and any necessary modifications are made. Once the design is finalized, the project is sent to production along with all technical documents and product indexes.
After each meeting, a form is filled out with original signatures and filed to ensure that there are no conflicts with the meeting resolutions. This helps to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the design and production process.
To manage the fast work stream, we create general and detailed plans to follow up on projects. Based on the customer's requests, we provide weekly briefings in the form of a list to keep them updated.
